Donation and Sponsorship Opportunities

Donations of any amount are welcome at all times. All contributions are fully tax deductible. You may request your contribution be anonymous, if desired. For gifts of $100 or more, the Clubhouse recognizes contributors in a number of ways, including but not limited to display of the name of the contributor on the front of the property and in the Clubhouse proper as well as publication of the contributor name in a newspaper advertisement as additional thanks on behalf of the Board of Trustees. There are presently five levels of donation/sponsorship:

Friends of the Clubhouse, Under $100
Bronze Sponsorship, $100-$299 level
Silver Sponsorship, $300-$499 level
Gold Sponsorship, $500-$999 level
Platinum Sponsorship, $1,000+ level

How Your Contribution Is Spent

Unless stipulated for a capital project, monetary contributions subsidize the general operating fund of the Clubhouse, which pays for basic human needs of the children and ensures uninterrupted heat, gas, water, sewage, electricity, other utility, waste disposal, minor repairs, and general property maintenance in accordance with requirements mandated by insurance as well as city, county, and state codes and statutory requirements for the safety and well-being of all occupants. The fund also provides for fundamental operating needs, including but not limited to: paper products, such as hand towels and toilet paper; as well as general cleaning supplies to provide and maintain a health-safe environment.

Other Support Your Business or Organization Can Provide

In addition to making a tax deductible contribution as a Clubhouse sponsor, businesses and organizations can also provide their assistance and support by:

Donating item(s), gift basket(s), or service(s) that can be raffled or auctioned to raise money for the Clubhouse;
Volunteering labor, expertise, and/or materials for property maintenance and improvement projects.

Youth Clubs, Youth Organizations, and User Groups

As permitted by the rules of your organization, in addition to making direct financial contribution to the Clubhouse or conducting fundraising activities, your group can provide assistance and support by:

Creating craft items, gift baskets, or donating other small items that can be raffled or auctioned;
Performing one or more service projects for the Clubhouse such as property maintenance, beautification or improvement, and earn recognition from the Clubhouse and your youth organization when it is completed.
